The 850-square-foot boutique sits in what might be the best possible location for a glasses shop: next door to a book store. The Moscot team gut-renovated the space, building a lab, an exam room, and a cuter-than-you'd-expect bathroom and painting the walls a cheerful, old-fashioned shade of yellow. Like Moscot's two Manhattan locations, the Brooklyn store carries a mix of Moscot's own collection (which makes up about 80% of the stock) and frames from brands like Paul Frank, Mykita, Bevel , and Lindberg . In a nod to the heavy stroller traffic on Court Street, there's also a line of cute children's frames called BBig .
